My name is Dwight McLean born in Los Angeles & raised in corona ca. I played football most of my life & my love for fitness grew during my career. I played college football at Purdue & arena football for 7 years. Im obsessed with getting better physically & Mentally. My purpose in life is to do the same for anyone reading this. I get a huge pleasure out of getting people to the next level. The only way we can get to our goal is to gradually build our mental toughness. My goal for you is to get 1% better each day. I don’t expect you to be perfect. I just expect progress in whatever it is we do ! Thank you for sharing your time with me, now let’s take your mind & body to the next level!
